Ephesians 1:19 says, "..what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe.."
"Exceeding" is the Greek word (hyperballon), [5235], which is a combination of two Greek words, (ballon), thrown, and (hyper), over and above or beyond. The meaning of the combination, is to be thrown over or beyond expectations. It literally has the idea of being "thrown over into another sphere altogether" [Expositors, Frank Gaebelin, Ephesians]
"Greatness", is the Greek word (megathos), [3174], designating superiority, in size and position, and implying authority or rulership, and is only used here in the NT.
"Power" is the Greek word (dynamis), [1411], where we get the English word "dynamite" from. This word is always used of supernatural force, and speaks of potent, potential power, waiting to explode or be released, to effect dramatic change
.
The scripture says that this far surpassing, above and beyond, superior greatness of "dynamite" like, explosive, power; is toward us who believe.
"Toward" is the Greek preposition (eis), [1519], which implies "movement toward" something or someone, but it means "for" or "on behalf of", [ i.e., "for the use of" ]; in this case "Believers", or those who have faith.
God, the Holy Spirit, is saying, that His power, which is not just superior, in every form imaginable, but is so far beyond any conceivable greatness, is this dynamite-like, explosive power, that is directed toward, and for the use of, those who are Believers, generally, and to those specifically, who have and operate in faith.
The capability of this power is measured by the seemingly insurmountable feat of raising the Lord Jesus Christ from the dead. That explosive power lives in you and is available for dynamic expression, to every Believer, that realizes that reality, and by faith, releases that life changing force into their situation and circumstances.
You are God's Best and God's Best is Yours
